Abby is a prolific dietician with a sizeable social media following, and whose followers had been hounding her for years to start a podcast. Her work is centred around debunking pseudoscientists, misinformation and diet fads and so the long form format of a podcast lends itself well to her mission.
For her launch we focused on making it as stress-free and organized as possible, as she has many moving parts professionally. To suit her schedule, I devised the strategy of pre-recording all episodes for Season 1 prior to launching and then upon launch, provided her with a social media strategy to follow in order to grow her show. Due to this strategy her podcast listenership doubled from 10,000 to 20,000 in 3 weeks.

Amanda is a Life Coach specializing in helping women in midlife reconnect with their life's purpose. Her programmes and one-on-one sessions are online, so as such, a podcast was a strategic choice to globally expand her reach and potential clientele
For her launch we focused on honing in on her podcasts intention and what metrics she would use to measure success. We strategized that her podcast was an extension of her coaching and almost like a teaser for what was being offered behind the paywall. Due to a more modest online following I had to devise a podcast and social media strategy that could convert a sizeable amount of her followers to weekly listeners. Due to this strategy she has listeners across 20 countries and just over 1 in every 10 of her social media followers have converted to listeners.

Elizabeth is a therapist and counsellor who's podcast started as an 'agony aunt' format to answer listener questions about trauma, to a more tongue-in-cheek, irreverent show dissecting cults. Her hilarious and easy going approach to trauma lent itself well to the long format of podcasting, where her humour and expertise could shine in equal measure.
Elizabeth's recording style is off-the-cuff and so the strategy I devised was for her to be unfiltered and then my job was to sort through her recordings amplify what furthered her vision and mission, and remove what detracted. As someone private clients, books, courses, live coaching sessions and a family, she needed to outsource the time consuming task of producing on a weekly basis.
Elizabeth has since pivoted and has taken over the production of her show. I'm her biggest fan so I still tune in weekly 😊
